Pregnancy Massage

This 2 day CPD course is only available as in house training in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, as it includes both a theory and practical element. There will be an anatomy and physiology test, a final theory assessment and a practical assessment. The combined marks from the theory and practical assessments require 70% + to pass. This course is intended for anyone who has completed their level 3 massage/anatomy training, and can be followed up with the Advanced Pregnancy and Postnatal Course.

This course offers the foundations of pregnancy massage , covering both the basic theory and the practical techniques. It covers the physiological changes in the systems of the body and specifically the changes that occur in the mother, hormone levels, foetal development and SPD. It will cover all the information you need to offer a safe basic treatment for the pregnant client.
