·       How to manage your working environment including Health and Safety and COSHH regulations

·       How to carry out a consultation including contra-indications, client expectations and contra-actions

·       How to carry out a patch test

·       How to prepare for the different treatments

·       Anatomy & Physiology for the above treatments
