I have over two decades of professional experience in beauty, holistic therapy, and wellbeing I  create transformational experiences for individuals, groups, and corporate clients.

My approach is deeply holistic, intuitive, and bespoke, blending therapeutic modalities that support emotional balance, deep relaxation, and personal transformation.

Central to my  practice is sound therapy — I am  a certified Gong Practitioner I trained with renowned mentor Mark Swan, and regularly facilitate immersive Sound Journeys such as Gong Baths, Drum Circles, Reiki Drum sessions, and Sacred Sister Drum Circles.

I also lead my  Wellness Academy, offering accredited Holistic and Beauty Therapy training, supporting students with mentorship, hands on learning, and professional development. My passion for teaching stems from a belief that everyone that learns with me deserves confidence, competence, and encouragement as they step into healing professions.

In addition to therapy rooms and training spaces, I bring wellness into nature integrating sound and movement with paddleboard sessions as a qualified SUP instructor, making wellbeing accessible and life enhancing in unique ways.

I have an authentic heartfelt intention to hold safe, empowering space for connection and growth.
