My passion has always been to bring out the best in people, and now I can achieve this using the various skill sets I have acquired over the past 20+ years.

I know that one size or approach definitely does not fit all!

Empowering people and putting them back into their own personal power – sometimes for the first time in their lives – is what I’m passionate about and where the title of The Illuminator came from.

And that is what I have been doing since I left my corporate career behind. I haven’t looked back since that day, and I love every minute of what I do now.

I will never stop evolving and learning or sharing what I have learnt.
